Tudor Remodel/Addition

With the exception of a severely constrained attic primary suite, the home had remained largely unchanged since the 1920s. The design focused on improving proportion, light, and circulation while preserving the integrity of the original structure. Two first-floor additions expand the living spaces and strengthen the connection to the site, while three second-floor dormers bring usable square footage and daylight into what was previously underutilized space. The result is a home that feels measured and intentional—one that respects its history while functioning comfortably for modern living.
