Previous owners had placed a two-story addition, including a great room with an oversized primary suite above. The closet’s size was ok, but the bedroom was huge. However, there was insufficient light due to the lack of windows. After converting the existing closet into a 2nd-floor laundry, we divided the bedroom, creating a much larger closet with increased natural light. By installing transom windows in the new wall, light streams into the bedroom from the closet. And by adding two large windows next to the bed’s latest spot, the room became a delightfully lit space.
